Attention Seniors

  • Graduation Speeches: Imagine your special day - Graduation day! You have the opportunity to turn in a graduation speech to address your class and be chosen to give it on that special day!  If you are interested in this see Mrs. Cervantes for details.
  • Graduation Entertainment: IF you are interested in performing at the ceremony, see Mr. Gelb or Mrs. Cervantes in A130 (Student Services). You will need to get approval to perform by the VAPA teachers and meet the deadline dates.
  • Perfect Attendance Award: If you have not missed any days or periods throughout your 4 academic years at SMHS, you are eligible to apply for the “Perfect Attendance Award.”  See Mrs. Menendez or Mrs. Cervantes by March 25th to check and see if you qualify.

Volunteer Opportunity
Are you interested in peer tutoring for our math SUMMER BRIDGE program?? It is a four week half-day program that runs from June 27th to July 22nd.  You can get volunteer hours and it looks great for college! If you are interested please come to a mandatory meeting on Today in Ms. De Rosa's room- C113. See you there!
