 AUDITIONS FOR WINTER SHOW!
We will hold try-outs for the winter musical, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, on Monday and Tuesday, October 26 and 27. Sign up to audition and pick up a form in the PAC classroom. Bring your completed form to Monday's vocal audition in the Multi-Purpose room after school, along with a memorized song from a traditional Broadway musical. Bring the sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided. The dance audition will be held after school on Tuesday in the dance studio. Dress so that you can move. You must attend both auditions to be considered for the show. You must also maintain a 2.0 GPA to participate. Please contact Mr. Friedman if you have any questions.

Ticket Procedure

Bring your completed "clearance slip" 
Bring your completed "guest pass", if you have a guest (Those were due on 10/19)
Bring your Student ID and check or cash to purchase the ticket. 
Each Bearcat can purchase ONE ticket for themselves and ONE ticket for a guest. 
Prices this week: (early-Bearcat Prices) :
$25 w/out a PAL sticker, $22 w/ a PAL sticker 
Next week 10/26-30: 
$28 w/out a PAL sticker, $25 w/ a PAL sticker 
Tickets are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
 There are only 500 tickets available. 
ALL tickets are sold on campus during lunch in A001.

Last Chance for Yearbook Sibling Photos
Do you have a brother or sister at this school? Come to the Spirit Lawn at lunch today to have your sibling picture taken.

Teen Read Week
Don't forget this week is Teen Read Week! Enter a drawing to win a pair of movie tickets by picking up a book recommendation form in the library and placing it in our "Drawing Entry" box.  The drawing will take place during our family night celebration Thursday night, October 22nd. Let's celebrate the joy of reading! 

Reminder ALL Seniors,
Please make sure to turn in your order form today @ LUNCH to the Josten's Booth Table in the amphitheater.  You need to turn this in order to get a cap and gown for graduation!
If you are ordering additional items, please have your $50 ready as well!

Baseball Informational Meeting

Career Speaker Series starts Today during Tutorial in BLDG M
Whole Foods is coming to San Mateo High School! Come and Learn about Careers in the Gourmet Food Industry.  We will have a Chef, Prepared Food Buyer, Floral Buyer, Customer Service Team Leader and more informing you about Careers in this field.  See Mrs. Kane in Career Center to pick-up your Tutorial Pass. 

Boys JV and Varsity Soccer Meeting
Mandatory meeting with Coach George on Tomorrow, October 22 @ lunch in Room E115 for all boy soccer players interested in playing this year.

Middle College, a high school program for juniors and seniors at College of San Mateo, is accepting applications for Spring 2016. The application deadline is Tomorrow, October 22.
Applications are available in the San Mateo counseling office or on the Middle College website. For more information, contact your guidance counselor or the Middle College office (574-6101)
