Messages  from Mr. Boise
All 10th grade students will be taking the Life Science CST exam during Tutorial tomorrow. Please report directly to your Tutorial to take the exam. Unfortunately, Tutorial passes will not be given to 10th grade students on either of these days. Please check the website to view the slightly modified bell schedule.

Senior Announcements:
1. Perfect Attendance Award: If you have NEVER missed ANY classes from school and have PERFECT ATTENDANCE since your FRESHMAN YEAR here at SMHS, submit your name via school loop email to Mrs. Cervantes by tomorrow, May 1st.

2. Best Attendance Award: If you think you may qualify for the BEST attendance since freshman year (not perfect), you may also submit your name via school loop email to Mrs. Cervantes by tomorrow.

Join us for Mateo Motion XII
You won’t want to miss our twelfth annual concert featuring dance students in beginning, intermediate, advanced dance classes and the SMHS Dance Team. 
Performances are this Friday and Saturday May 1st and 2nd at 7:30 PM San Mateo Performing Arts Center 
Tickets at the door are $15 for Adults and $10 for Students and Seniors Buy advanced sale tickets online at smhsdance.org or in the quad at lunch on Thursday and Friday for $13 Adults and $8 Students/Seniors.

Attention all Seniors
Grad Night tickets will be sold from Monday May 4th to Wednesday May 20th during lunch. You will need to bring your completed Student Waiver with parent signature (if under age 18), check and photo ID with birthday shown on it.  Please remember to bring these forms with you when you purchase your ticket. You will also choose your bus color.

Drama Band Awards
All cast or crew members from this year’s shows may vote for drama awards in the PAC during brunch today through Friday, May 1st.

Stressbusters!
Freshmen, Juniors and Seniors, come to the football field tomorrow, May 1st during tutorial and Sophomores come during lunch.  Let’s bust that stress! There will be free activities. Food will be sold, so bring money!

The Career center and Counseling Department will be taking a field trip to Skyline College to shadow in the Cosmetology and Esthetician program on Thursday, May 7th.  Juniors and seniors are invited attend. The forms can be picked up in the career center. Please see Ms. Paige for more info.  

Sophomores and juniors: San Mateo Middle College at CSM is accepting applications from San Mateo students for Fall 2015. If you're interested in applying, don't delay! See your guidance counselor for more information.

Chalk Fest
Last chance to get your Chalk Fest permission slips ASAP! Come select and grid artwork on May 7th at lunch, C107.

Senior Boat Dance is May 15th

Message from Coaches Rich & Ms. Parodi
Please come and watch the swim team in their last swim meet of the season.  They take on South San Francisco Thursday at 3:30 at the SMHS pool.  This is also the senior meet, where the coaches will be recognizing the 9 graduating seniors.  Cheer on the Varsity Girls as they close in on their third season of being undefeated and winning their 3rd Championship.  If you can't make it to the swim meet, it will be broadcast online at http://www.baosn.tv/.
