Have you noticed any hidden messages surrounding the topic of mental health on your desk seats, lockers, library books, or in the bathrooms? Has it sparked curiosity or conversation about mental health? If you are interested in being a part of our club, Bring Change 2 Mind, join our meetings in Ms. Dybdahl's room, E-116 Thursdays at lunch. Our club mission is to encourage conversations about mental health in order to help stamp out the stigma. Hope to see you there!

Library Closing Early
Tomorrow, March 7th, the library will be closing at 3:00pm

Are you interested in Real Estate? Would you like to learn what it takes to sell property in the bay area? Do you need a license or college degree? Come listen and learn from a local real estate agent. To attend this Career Speaker Series event, please come to the Career Center to pick up pass for Wednesday, March 8th during tutorial.  

Students
Are you interested in Politics? Come listen to the Deputy Chief of Staff from the San Francisco’s Mayor’s Office. Learn what a policy maker does, how this current political climate will affect San Francisco, and how one can get involved in politics? To attend this Career Speaker Series event, please come to the Career Center at lunch on Thursday, March 9th.
Color Dance
Color Dance is on March 10th @ 3:30-5:30.  Waivers can be found online and in Student Services.  Tickets will be sold to upperclassmen Friday, March 3-10th; and underclassmen Monday, March 6-10th   $12 Tickets

International Food Faire Forms
International Food Faire is coming up on Friday, March 17th! IF you or your Club wants to participate, pick up a form in the leadership room and turn it in by Friday, March 10th!

Romeo and Juliet
Don't miss your chance to see professional actors from The American Conservatory Theater perform Romeo and Juliet HERE at San Mateo High School's PAC on Friday, March 10th from 1:30-3:00pm.  Talk to your English teacher to secure your seat! 

 

Outdoor Ed
Outdoor Ed Cabin Leaders are needed for Brewer Island Elementary School the week of April 17th. Interested juniors and seniors, please sign up in the Health Office (Room A116).

Parents and Guardians:
We invite you to the annual Open House at San Mateo High School on Thursday, March 16th from 7:00- 8:30pm. The evening gives you a chance to examine your student’s activities, projects, and coursework in their current classes.  Here is a link with more information.
