Improv Show
Watch San Mateo, Aragon, Hillsdale and Burlingame battle it out in Foursquare: An Improv Show! Tonight, February  10th in the MPR at 7pm.  Student tickets are $5. 

Yoga Club Day Change
Starting next week, Yoga will be moved to Wednesdays.  See you there!

Sophomore Class Tpumps Fundraiser
Come grab some Boba on Valentine’s Day afterschool on the spirit lawn. Drinks will be $4.50. See you there! 

The Jennifer Nathan Travel Scholarship
Attention sophomores and juniors interested in the Jen Nathan travel scholarship!  Would you like to hear from last year’s winner?  On Tuesday during lunch in the Career Center last year’s recipient will be sharing her story of her trip to Paris, her experience with the application process, and will be taking any questions you have.  See you at the Career Center! 

Mock Trial Info
CONGRATULATIONS to Mock Trial co-captains Chitra Kulkarni and Ramya Jois who led their team to victory in South San Francisco Tuesday night where San Mateo took TOP PLACE in North County against seven other schools! The 18-member team advances to semi-finals next week. All are welcome to come see them perform at the South San Francisco Courthouse at 5:30pm on Wednesday, Feb. 15. See you in court!

1st Annual Certificate/Vocational Fair
Students you are invited to attend our 1st annual Certificate/Vocational Fair scheduled for Thursday, February 16th @ lunchtime in the MPR.  Explore many career pathways including Early Childhood Development, Digital Arts Animation, Medical Assisting, EMT, Biotech, Automotive, Radiology Technology, Hospitality Tourism Management, Fashion, Trades, US Military branches, Sutter Health and many more. Don't miss this opportunity to learn about different careers. 

Filipino Club Tpumps Fundrasier
Come Support the Filipino Club and buy drinks for a good cause! We are selling Tpumps on Thursday, February 16th@ the spirit lawn for $4. All proceeds go to the Red Cross.

FEBRUARY CHOIR CONCERT "FASCINATING RHYTHM”
Featuring the music of Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, & Cole Porter. Thursday, 2/23/17, 7 pm, at the SMHS PAC. Come and listen to the talented students of the BHS & SMHS Choirs perform Broadway, Hollywood and Jazz Standards from the Golden Age of Pop, featuring Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, & Cole Porter, in the February Choir Concert "FASCINATING RHYTHM," under the direction of Shawn Reifschneider. on Thursday, February 23, 2017, 7 pm, at the SMHS PAC. Tickets are $10 for Adults & $5 for Students & Seniors.

Teen Poster Contest
