ORANGE ALERT!
Girls volleyball has declared an “Orange Alert” – a request for heightened fan support for an important volleyball match.  San Mateo takes on cross town rival Hillsdale TODAY at home.  Frosh plays at 4:00 followed by JV, with the Varsity match starting at 6:15pm.  Varsity athletes from all sports are especially reminded to attend to ensure attendance at a competition your team designates as an “Orange Alert” game.

COLLEGE VISIT TOMORROW
A representative from Duke University will be visiting San Mateo tomorrow morning at 8:00am.  If you would like to attend, please pick up a pass today from Mrs. Furgiuele in the Career Center.

Baseball optional fall/winter conditioning starts Monday, September 29th.  Meet on the Spirit Lawn.

PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY
Picture make-up day is Monday, September 22, in the Wrestling Room in the Main Gym.  You should take your picture if:

  • You have not yet taken a photo
  • You have a photo order envelope to purchase photos
  • You are returning a photo packet that you purchased and are retaking your photo

The schedule for Picture Day is as follows:

  • 9th Grade:  Periods 1 & 2
  • 10th Grade:  Periods 3 & 4
  • 11th Grade:  Periods 5 & 6
  • 12th Grade:  Period 7

Your teachers will let you know when you will be released to take your pictures during the times listed above.
